Thanks everyone for the well wishes! I’m getting a little better but I still have to rely on the “Vitamin M”.
The Big Man says that I’m chewing them like candy! But hey, whatever works!
First day of school. I always like to just get it out of the way. Since the Little Man is getting bigger, things are going smoother in that department. Nice to see new shoes, new backpacks, new haircuts, new clothes, all lined up and excited. I always feel like I will have all this time to get things done, now that school has started back, but it just seems to fly! But nice to get back into a regular routine.
Now if the house fairy would just come and clean up?! I’d be golden!
Football was on the tube last night. And now that the kids are in school and the sounds of football are in the house, it’s officially fall for me! And it’s a little chilly out this morning too! Not sure I’m ready for that.
Pictures coming shortly!

sniff sniff…
I have hurt myself. And I’m so MAD! I’m sure it’s just week knees, but somehow I’ve hurt my left knee. It hurt so bad that I must have looked like some weird limping granny yesterday on my run. In fact, I have to wait a whole hour before I can take any more Motrin or I will OD on the stuff. Seriously. WHAT DID I DO?!
But I gotta get over this or my training will be seriously behind. I can’t have that!
So, I’m feeling really sorry for myself right now. Gotta go and Ice this thing. Can you hear me crying?
LOL!

Summer that is. School will start on Monday. And I have to say that I’m totally NOT READY! Summer just went by way too fast! and I mean WAY TOO FAST! The whole year acutally!
I didn’t take this photo. The lovely Aspen did. That’s the rub about being a photographer. You are always behind the camera, so there are very few shots of you! But she took this of me and the little man and it’s been my favorite! It was taken as a mother’s day present, so it’s been a while. The start of the summer, and now it’s already the end! I think it really captures the relationship bewteen us. That is why I love it so, and love the fact that he still has a hold of me…wonder how much longer that will last. ***sigh, he’s growing up*** So go out and cherish your little ones today! Looks like a beautiful day to jump on the trampoline!
