When it rains…

So rain…yeah, rain.

I have to admit that I used to love rainy days like today.  It’s perfect snuggle time, and movie time, and lay on the bed with a good book time.  But when you live in a climate where rain is a weekly occurrence, it starts to get a little O.L.D.

And it interrupts your photo shoot plans for the day….not fun.

So I was working on a few marketing things and was thinking about a special client, and remembered these photo’s!

All of our schedules finally synced up but it just so happened that it was just about to come a rain storm.  But they were such troopers!  And we got the cutest rain shots ever!

I’m thinking about these guys today as they are preparing to welcome their new little baby girl into the family!  Love you guys!  Many Hugs!

What we did on spring break…

blo301

We held up a tower

Basked in the sun

Ate lots of pasta

Took several afternoon naps

Dug our toes in the sand

Searched for shells

Sat in a warm river

Walked on a few sunken roads

Ate lunch in a village on a cliff

Had gelato for almost every meal

The little man ate a Panini for the first time

Drove through the longest tunnel

Saw some beautiful countryside

Realized “there is no place like home!â€

Thanks so much for everyone’s concern about our Italian trip and the earthquake.  We were nowhere near the damage, but it was really nice to know that so many of you were concerned.  That’s when you know you have the best clients and friends in the world!  To come home to a whole inbox full of messages wondering where we were!

LOVE YOU ALL!

Little Peanut

This little one.  I have to tell you right now that she is amazing!  She was born 4 weeks early…4 weeks!  Only had to stay in the hospital for a week.

She was just a tiny little peanut!  Only 5 lbs!  Do you see what I’m saying about Amazing?!  I just kept saying it over and over, “this little peanut is supposed to be in your belly for another 4 weeks!”  I mean 4 weeks is like forever in baby years.  Can I say 4 weeks one more time?  4 weeks!!!

***Just a little side note:  I’m in Paris for the next week.  Working on some really EXCITING stuff!  I’ll have a sneak peak for you in a little while!  But that means I’m out of touch for the next week.  I have limited e-mail, but if you need anything, I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.  Thanks!***
